Guided Mediation
I believe tuning into myself, listening to what my body and spirit is saying is the BEST medicine. Sometimes there is so much noise that it is hard to get to that space. I love guided mediation for this purpose. I created a little meditation, geared towards womb healing. But it is great for generally dropping into the body and trusting yourself, your body, and feeling safe. With so much angst flying around on planet right now, we really need to anchor in to ourselves, find our own true, clear hearts and voices, not shadowed by our pain and wounds. Join me!
